Office Hours are Monday and Thursday, 10:00am-1:00pm and 2:00pm-4:30pm, and Wednesday 11:00am-4:00pm, by appointment. Free parking on-site.

Lakeside Family Chiropractic is a cash-only practice; major credit cards are accepted. Claim documentation is provided for submission to your insurance upon request. We are not in network with any insurance companies or government health programs.
